Kudesh

Yosef Kudesh was born in Stryj. He was a physician. His wife Sophie Bethauer was trained as a pharmacist in Drohobycz.
During the holocaust, Yosef lost his first wife and his son, Janusz. Both Yosef and Sophie were exiled to Kazakhstan, where they met. Later they both joined the Polish army and reached Berlin. Yosef worked as a physician and Sophie as a pharmacist.
Their son, Andrei, was born in Krakow at the end of the war. He made Aliyah in 1970 with his wife Ella-Elicia and their son Doron. Their daughter Michal was born in Israel.
