Annual Memorial Meeting 3.3.2015
More than 200 members and guests, some from overseas attended the annual meeting held in “Beit Hatfutzot”.
Following the traditional memorial candle lighting by members of the organization and the generations’ representatives, we honored the following with certificates of appreciation: Attorney Sagi Merav who volunteers documenting the first generation and Karen Biz'mreshka from Australia, whose family hid Jews during the Holocaust.
The topic of this year’s meeting was Community Life Before the Holocaust.
We watched the film "Hayu Zmanim" (There were times) and listened to interviews as told by our first generation members.
Udi Ben Canaan Price (third generation) played his work "Melody" on the Lira (David’s Violin).
